 Fireman's Parade

Fire Departments will be competing under rules of the New York State Volunteer Firemen's Parade and Drill Team Captain's Association and will be judged by officials assigned by the Jefferson County Volunteer Fire Chiefs and Firefighters Association.

Ladies Auxiliaries will be competing under the rules of the New York Sate Volunteer Firemen's Parade's & Drill Team Captains Assoc. Ladies Auxiliary and judged by their assigned judges.

Musical units will be competing under the rules of the New York Federation of Contest Judges and judged by their assigned judges.

Charles W. Hayes Memorial Revolving Trophy is awarded to best overall Fire Department from Classes A & B. A smaller trophy will also be given to winning Fire Department for permanent possession. Class A Fire Departments are defined as Departments with 51 or more active members while Class B Departments are defined as those with 40 or less members.
